Jutany has joined Generali Indonesia since September 2016, being responsible for Operations and IT. Jutany has more than 21 years of experience in various leadership positions in the life insurance industry. Before Generali, Jutany has worked with multinational companies such as AMP, AXA, and Panin Dai-ichi in the areas of sales, marketing, product development, Operations and IT. Jutany was also involved in the establishment of new operations, major acquisitions with new business partners, business process improvements and re-engineering in areas of operation.

Additionally, Jutany is also a member of the Indonesian insurance association, leading projects related to fraud management in insurance claims

Jutany holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Nommensen University and holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Pelita Harapan University.

Arry has more than 25 years of unique Indonesian legal experience with extensive expertise in commercial law practice, corporate business, litigation and dispute resolution processes & practices. Arry has served in several leading insurance companies (AIG, Jasindo, AIA/Avrist, Cigna), including multinational retail companies (Panasonic and Oriflame) with multi-disciplinary roles and functions as Director of Corporate Affairs, Legal & Compliance and Country General Counsel. Developing career mostly in control function, people has recognized his major strength in diminishing boundaries between business and control function. He is able to push forward the roles of Legal, Compliance and Risk as part of company’s business enabler, which to be involved earlier for any business initiatives. As strategic partner to company’s business goals and its growth, now his taking roles as Director of Legal and Sharia Business for Generali Indonesia.

He has been broadening also his experience in government relations, regulatory and external affairs when taking role as Corporate Affairs Director. He has been involved in various working groups representing cross-industry and associations as a regulatory partner in the process of making laws and regulations such as Business Competition Law, Trade Law and Consumer Protection Law. He is now actively participating in Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) and taking role as the Secretary of Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association (AASI). In addition, Arry is recognized also as professional public speaker for various forum and topic such as Risk Management, Public Speaking, Consumer Protection, Leadership and Motivation, and Financial Literacy Programs.  

Arry has a Bachelor of Law’s degree in Civil Law from the Sebelas Maret University (UNS) and earned Master Degree in Economic Law from the University of Indonesia (UI). He is also certified as Lawyer (Advocate) since 2000 and registered as active member of PERADI (Indonesian Advocates Association) and ICCA (Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association). 

Mr. Nyean Soon Chin has served as a Director, Financial Group Head of Generali Indonesia, since 2024.

Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, he held a position as Chief Financial Officer at Generali Vietnam. With over 22 years of professional experience, Mr. Soon has honed his expertise in actuarial practice and financial leadership within multinational life and general insurance companies operating across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Soon holds a double bachelor’s degree in Applied Finance and Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University, Australia. He is a Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) and a Fully Qualified Actuary of the Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA).
