Jutany joined Generali Indonesia in September 2016 and has been responsible for Operations and IT. With 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the life insurance industry, Jutany has worked at several multinational life insurance companies, specializing in sales, marketing, product development, as well as operations and IT. Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous operational projects, including establishing new operations, managing major acquisitions with new business partnerships, enhancing business processes, reengineering operational areas, and leading fraud management initiatives in insurance claims.

At Generali Indonesia, Jutany actively leads various digital transformation projects aimed at creating an optimal digital journey for both customers and agents. With her extensive expertise, Jutany oversees all operational activities of the company, including underwriting, policy issuance and administration, claims processing, and customer care. She also actively participates in various training sessions and workshops, both domestically and internationally, focusing on operations, sales, leadership, risk management, people management, and technical skills.

Jutany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Nommensen University and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Pelita Harapan University.

Arry has over 26 years of experience in Indonesian law, with extensive expertise in commercial legal practices, corporate business, litigation processes and practices, as well as dispute resolution. Throughout his career, Arry has led Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams and has served as Country General Counsel for several leading insurance companies and multinational retail corporations.

Arry has actively contributed to various cross-industry and association working groups, collaborating with regulators in the formulation of laws and regulations such as the Competition Law, Trade Law, and Consumer Protection Law. As an active participant in insurance associations, he is currently involved in the Marketers Inclusion Working Group at the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI) and serves as Secretary and Head of the Legal, Compliance, and Inter-Institutional Relations Division at the Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association (AASI). Additionally, Arry is a frequent speaker at various forums, addressing topics such as Human Resources, Motivation, Consumer Protection, and Financial Literacy Programs.

Arry earned his Bachelor of Laws degree, majoring in Civil Law, from Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) and a Master of Laws degree, specializing in Economic Law, from Universitas Indonesia (UI). He has been a certified Advocate/Legal Counsel since 2000 and is an active member of PERADI (the Indonesian Advocates Association) and ICCA (Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association). Leading a team to ensure the growth of the Sharia business line, Arry is also certified as an Associate Sharia Insurance Expert by the Islamic Insurance Society.

Mr. Nyean Soon Chin has served as a Director, Financial Group Head of Generali Indonesia, since 2024.

Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, he held a position as Chief Financial Officer at Generali Vietnam. With over 22 years of professional experience, Mr. Soon has honed his expertise in actuarial practice and financial leadership within multinational life and general insurance companies operating across the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Soon holds a double bachelor’s degree in Applied Finance and Actuarial Studies from Macquarie University, Australia. He is a Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) and a Fully Qualified Actuary of the Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (FIAA).

Amit has built a career spanning more than 20 years in the life insurance industry. He began his journey as part of the sales team and progressed to leading various distribution channels, including agency and partnership distribution (bancassurance), at several leading global companies. Since January 2025, Amit has been part of Generali Indonesia as Director/Chief Agency Officer, where he is responsible for developing the agency distribution channel, with a focus on performance, recruitment, and business expansion. Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, Amit served as Head of Partnership Distribution & Bancassurance and previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Agency Sales at Future Generali India Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

Born and raised in India, Amit completed his Master’s in Business Administration at the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Holkar Science College, Devi Ahilya University, India. Staying updated with industry trends, Amit actively participates in various global training programs and seminars, including those in risk management, artificial intelligence, media development, strategic thinking, and more

Tan Lay Suian, commonly known as Rebecca Tan, has built a 30-year career with leading global financial institutions. Most recently, she served as the CEO of Generali Life Insurance in Malaysia, where she successfully drove sustainable business growth through various distribution channels. Additionally, Rebecca previously held the position of Director and Management Committee Member at the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia (LIAM), where she actively collaborated with various stakeholders to further develop the life insurance business and address the challenges the industry faces.

Born and raised in Malaysia, Rebecca completed her Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Hull in the UK. She has also participated in numerous training programs and certifications in various fields, including risk management, corporate governance, and leadership. Throughout her career, Rebecca has consistently prioritized customers as a key focus, and she is now committed to making Generali Indonesia a lifetime partner for all its customers.
