Vivin began her career at Generali Indonesia in the year 2017. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in communications, marketing, and business development sectors in the banking and insurance industry, Vivin is responsible for improving the company’s product marketing, expanding their markets and building communication and company image so that it can be known by the wider community.

Previously, Vivin also played a role in building the company's brand and developing AXA Mandiri Financial Services and the bancassurance business at Bank Danamon so that it is able to become the largest bancassurance business in Indonesia. In the banking sector, she is also heavily involved in strategic projects such as Community Banking, Retail and SME Banking.

Vivin holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Science at the University of Indonesia and continues her Masters in Communication Management at the same University, focusing on Digital Marketing, and has received leadership education at INSEAD, one of the best international business schools. She has also obtained certifications from AAJI, AAUI, AASI, CRGP, QRCP, BSMR (Risk Management Certification Level 1 to 3) as well as several other certifications. Some of the awards she has won include The Most Powerful Woman in Economics 2018 from MNC Media and twice in a row getting recognition as Inspiring Woman in 2021 and 2022 from The Iconomics. This award was earned from her activeness in the world of marketing and insurance, as well as in promoting unit link to the public.

Ever since joining Generali in 2013, Nurhuda has held several positions, and is currently in charge of designing products that will be marketed by Generali Indonesia and is also responsible for analyzing company data. Armed with 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry, especially in the actuarial field, he also plays the role of Appointed Actuary Generali Indonesia.

While serving as Head of Pricing, he had the opportunity to undergo a Short Term Assignment at the Generali Asia Regional Office (GARO) located in Hong Kong for approximately 3 months. In the same field, he is also involved in many projects, and is active in actuarial associations.

Nurhuda earned a bachelor's degree in Public Health – Health Insurance Management at the University of Indonesia, a master's degree at the Bandung Institute of Technology and studied leadership at INSEAD, which is known as one of the best international business schools in the world. Prior to joining Generali Indonesia, he had a career in Commonwealth Life and BRIngin Life.

Budi Tanu Elangga Tatawidjaja joins Generali Indonesia as Compliance Group Head and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Generali, he was the Compliance Director at Chubb General Insurance Indonesia. Budi has more than 25 years experience in Compliance and Risk Management and has managed these areas in various multinational companies, both in the insurance, banking and investment industries.

In addition to having a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Budi also holds several certifications such as CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), FLMI (Fellow of Life Management Institute), CRGP (Certified Risk Governance Professional) and QRGP (Qualified Risk Governance Professional).

Suzwamela joined Generali Indonesia in 2009 and is currently Head of DPLK & Center of Excellence. She is in charge of managing the development and operational strategic planning for the Financial Institution Pension Fund as well as supporting the process of automation, digitization and development/operational projects at Generali. Suzwamela has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance and banking industry in Indonesia and has been assigned to the product development division at Generali Italy, Mogliano Veneto.

Suzwamela holds a Master's degree in the Department of Business Administration from AALTO University, Espoo, Finland and a Master's degree in the Department of Global Leader Business at SBM ITB. She also holds the Professional Investment Manager Representative (WMI) certification, Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) from LSPMR, and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from LOMA.

Rully Safari is trusted by Generali Indonesia to lead Human Capital and contribute to support the performance and productivity of their employees. Prior to joining Generali, he was Director of Compliance and Human Capital at a local insurance company in Indonesia. Rully has more than 22 years of experience in the field of Human Resources from various industries such as the insurance industry, global building materials and telecommunications.

Rully holds a bachelor's degree from Strayer University, Washington D.C majoring in Business Administration. He currently also serves as Head of the Human Resources Department at AAJI (Indonesian Life Insurance Association) since 2019, and is responsible for coordinating all HR activities within the life insurance industry, including sharing information on best practices, resource development, and engagement between the employees.

Netty has been entrusted to lead the Corporate Solution distribution channel since 1995. Prior to joining Generali, she was responsible for leading the Health Marketing and Corporate Relations Division at Lippo General Insurance. Netty has more than 25 years of experience in marketing/sales, services and operations in various insurance companies, both life, health and general.

Netty has the ability and skill required to manage Bancassurance, Agency and Broker distribution channels. As Corporate Solution Group Head she is responsible for leading the business strategy plan, retention and services management in the corporate solution channel.

Erika has built her career at Generali since June 2013 serving as Appointed Actuary and Actuarial Valuation & Regional Reporting Head, and now continues to be trusted as Enterprise Risk Management Group Head and Chief Actuary. Erika is an actuary with more than 20 years of experience, skilled in actuarial valuation, data analysis, and proficient in business process improvement and risk management.

Prior to joining Generali, Erika had experience in managing the actuary field at other insurance companies in Indonesia. After graduating from the University of Indonesia, in order to support her profession and skillset in the field of insurance, she has also passed various professional examinations such as Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI) by PAI, Adjunct Indonesian Life Insurance Expert (AAAIJ) by AAMAI, Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) by LOMA and Qualified Chief Risk Officer (QCRO) by LSP-MKS.

Ms. Marulita Irene Yoan is joining Generali Indonesia as Internal Audit Group Head and she directly reports to Head of Audit – Asia (Mr. Umberto Semoli) and Chief Executive Officer (Mr. Edy Tuhirman).

Prior to joining Generali, she was Head of Internal Audit PT. Sun Life Financial Indonesia. Lita has more than 20 years’ combined experience in external audit in Big4 Accounting Firm, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting and Public Accounting, particularly in multinational Life Insurance and banking industries.

She holds Master of Business Administration from Tias Nimbas Business School, Netherland and has several certifications for Chartered Accountant and Qualified Chief Risk Officer.
