Benefits of Generali Medical Solution
- Manfaat Rawat Inap di Luar Wilayah Pertanggungan
Manfaat apabila Tertanggung/Tertanggung Tambahan (jika ada) dirawat inap dirumah sakit yang terletak di luar wilayah pertanggungan, maka Penanggung akan menanggung secara proporsional biaya rawat inap sesuai ketentuan setelah dikurangi biaya-biaya yang tidak berkaitan dengan pengobatan, biaya yang dikecualikan dalam Ketentuan Khusus dan dengan memperhatikan batas maksimum penggantian
- Manfaat Rawat Inap
Manfaat apabila Tertanggung/Tertanggung Tambahan (jika ada) dirawat inap dirumah sakit yang terletak di dalam wilayah pertanggungan, maka Penanggung akan menanggung biaya rawat inap sesuai dengan ketentuan rencana manfaat rawat inap dan tagihan wajib yang timbul pada rawat inap minimal 8 (delapan) jam dengan kejadian terus menerus.
- Manfaat Rawat Jalan
Manfaat apabila Tertanggung/Tertanggung Tambahan (jika ada) melakukan pengobatan rawat jalan maka, Penanggung akan menanggung biaya rawat jalan sesuai dengan ketentuan rencana manfaat rawat jalan.
- Manfaat Tambahan
Manfaat yang diberikan kepada Tertanggung/Tertanggung Tambahan (jika ada)berupa manfaat tertentu sesuai dengan ketentuan rencana manfaat tambahan.
Manfaat tambahan yang dimaksud adalah:
• Manfaat anggota tubuh artifisial.
• Manfaat biaya tindakan bedah rekonstruksi payudara.
• Manfaat evakuasi medis darurat
- Manfaat Kesehatan (Wellness Benefit)
Manfaat yang diberikan kepada Tertanggung/Tertanggung Tambahan (jika ada)berupa manfaat untuk kesehatan sesuai dengan ketentuan rencana manfaat kesehatan.
Manfaat kesehatan yang dimaksud adalah:
• Manfaat biaya konsultasi dan obat-obatan
• Manfaat Biaya Pemeriksaan Penunjang Diagnostik dan Wellness Benefit (MCU).

Insurance Benefits Exclusions
- Pre-existing Conditions, as described in Article 2, paragraph (20) of the Special Terms of this Additional Insurance, whether related or unrelated to the claim being made, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Insurer; or
- Care resulting from a Disease that started or appeared within 30 (thirty) days from the Effective Date of this Additional Insurance or within 30 (thirty) days from the Date of Policy Restoration, whichever is later, except for Care resulting from an Accident; or
- All specific Diseases suffered by the Insured within 12 (twelve) months, regardless of the cause, any complications, and the required Care, from the Effective Date of this Additional Insurance or the Date of Policy Restoration, whichever is later:
- Any type of hernia; or
- Diseases of the reproductive system including endometriosis, uterine fibroid/myoma, hysterectomy, varicocele, hydrocele; or
-
Any type of lump/cyst, any type of benign or malignant tumor in any organ including Cancer; or
-
Tuberculosis (tuberculosis) and Asthma; or
-
Anal fistula and hemorrhoids; or
-
Diabetes, cholecystitis, gallstones, all types of hepatitis including cirrhosis of the liver except hepatitis A; or
-
Tonsillitis and all Diseases of the tonsils, and/or adenoid Diseases that may require Surgical Action; or
-
Stones in the urinary tract (kidney, ureter, urethra, bladder) including bladder failure; or
-
All types of ear disorders, nasal disorders, abnormal conditions of the nasal cavity, nasal septum/conchae including sinuses, septum, or turbinates; or
-
Inflammation or ulcers in the stomach (gastritis, dyspepsia, peptic ulcer) or duodenal ulcers;
-
Cataract, pterygium, retinal detachment; or
-
Hallux valgus; or
-
All types of epilepsy (grand mal or petit mal); or
-
Spinal disorders including low back pain, disc prolapse (HNP, disc prolapse); or
