Shan Lu is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate law, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, banking, and insurance. Since 2024, she has served as a Commissioner of Generali Indonesia.

Currently, Shan also holds the position of Regional Senior Legal Counsel at Generali Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong, where she specializes in cross-border M&A, bancassurance agreements, joint ventures, and major projects across Asia.

Her distinguished career includes serving as General Counsel and Vice President at Tempus Holdings Limited in Hong Kong, as well as holding roles at prominent organizations such as Credit Suisse, UPS, Mannheimer Swartling Advokatbyrå AB, Saxo Bank A/S, and ALGI China. Shan’s extensive experience and expertise have consistently contributed to driving corporate growth and success.

Reza Valdo Maspaitella is a professional with over 30 years of experience in banking, finance, and management. He earned his Master of Arts in Business Management from Webster University, Missouri, USA. His career includes significant roles at global companies such as Citibank, GE Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, and Allianz Insurance, where he focused on business development, risk management, and organizational transformation.

In 2003, Reza founded PT Valdo Investama, a group of companies specializing in consulting, outsourcing, and technology. The company has rapidly expanded, with a presence in several cities across Indonesia, Kuala Lumpur, and Manila, serving international clients from Asia to the Americas. Additionally, through the Valdo Foundation, he has contributed to rural economic development and community empowerment.

His dedication to the professional world has been recognized through various awards, including the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award and the Pinnacle Award from GE Capital. Reza is also known as a Six Sigma and risk management trainer, sharing his knowledge and insights at various international training sessions and seminars.

Jonni Amin is an experienced professional in the financial sector with over 30 years in the industry. He currently serves as Managing Partner at Asia Edufin@Nce, a prominent organization providing training in banking and finance. Jonni is also an active independent investor and trainer in financial risk and Basel II within the banking sector. His previous experience includes key positions, such as Chief Financial Officer at Atlasat Solusindo and General Manager at LinkNet, where he was responsible for financial strategy and risk management.

In addition, Jonni has experience as a member of the Audit Committee at BCA Finance and has held various audit positions at DBS Buana Tat Lee Bank. He also has a solid educational background, with an MBA from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tarumanegara University. Jonni is a CFA Charterholder, demonstrating his expertise in investment and financial analysis.

Jonni has participated in various professional training programs, including seminars on credit analysis, SWIFT systems auditing, and risk management. With his in-depth knowledge and extensive experience, he remains committed to contributing to the development of the financial industry in Indonesia.

Charles-Eric Laurent Descure is a professional with over 25 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries. He holds a Fully Qualified Actuary degree from the Institut de Science Financière et d’Assurance (France) and a Master of Finance from Université Claude Bernard. Charles-Eric also completed an MBA from Ecole Nationale d’Assurances and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

He began his career at AXA Group, where he gained expertise in various areas, including actuarial science, asset and liability management (ALM), and strategic asset allocation. Since joining Generali Group in 2003, he has held several strategic positions, including Director of ALM at Generali France and Chief Investment Officer for the Iberia, Benelux, and UK regions. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at the Generali Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong and as Regional Officer for Asia, overseeing financial management in seven countries, including Indonesia.

Charles-Eric is also active on various professional boards, including those in private equity and the actuarial profession. He possesses deep expertise in risk management and holds certification as a Qualified Risk Governance Professional (QRGP). With visionary leadership and a commitment to good governance, Charles-Eric continues to contribute to the growth and sustainability of Generali Group.
