Ketentuan BeSMART Link Ultima

Exclusions

The insurer is not obligated to pay the death benefit if the insured's death results from the following causes:

  1. Suicide, whether sane or insane, committed by the insured themselves and/or by others on the orders of interested parties in the coverage, if such actions occur within 1 (one) year from the Policy Issuance Date; or
  2. War, including but not limited to invasion, rebellion, revolution, resistance against the government, military seizure of power, participation in riots, strikes, and civil disturbances; or
  3. Intentional acts of law violations or criminal acts, terrorism, or attempts of criminal acts, whether active or passive, committed by the Policyholder, Insured, or Beneficiary; or
  4. Death penalty based on a judicial body's decision.

Prospective policyholders, insured individuals, or participants should read and understand the product summary before deciding to purchase BeSMART Link Ultima. How to File a Claim

  • Claims for death benefits, unless otherwise specified in the Policy, must be accompanied by the required documents.
  • Claims for investment benefits (Policy Value), such as Policy Redemption, Investment Fund Withdrawals, Fund Transfers, and/or Changes in Investment Fund Allocation Types, must be accompanied by the required documents.
  • Requests for insurance benefit payments must be submitted no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the occurrence of the covered risk. Outside of this period, the insurer has the right to reject the payment request.
  • Insurance benefits will be paid by Generali Indonesia no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the insurance benefit payment request is approved by Generali Indonesia.
