Cemerlang Prime is specifically designed to provide term life insurance protection with a living benefit in the form of premium return at the end of the coverage period and payment of the insurance benefit amount.

Flexibility in premium payment methods according to customer choice
100% of the Sum Assured will be paid if death occurs due to any cause
In the event of death caused by an accident, 100% of the Sum Assured for any cause plus 100% of the Accidental Death Sum Assured will be paid. The maximum Accidental Death Sum Assured payable is IDR 2,000,000,000 per Insured.
A certain percentage of the total premiums received by the insurer will be paid if the insured survives until the end of the coverage period.

Exclusions
The following circumstances will void the basic insurance benefit for death not caused by an accident:

Suicide in a state of mental stability or instability performed by oneself and/or by others at the direction of an interested party in the coverage, if such action occurs within 1 year from the Policy Issuance Date or the Policy Renewal Date, whichever occurs later; or

War, including but not limited to invasion, rebellion, revolution, resistance against the government, military power grabs, participation in riots, strikes, civil disturbances; or
-
Deliberate unlawful acts or criminal offenses, terrorism, or attempts at criminal acts, whether active or not, committed by the Policyholder, Insured, or Beneficiary; or
-
The death penalty based on a judicial ruling.
